You pay nothing online. There is no card and no deposit: you pay in cash on the island, so cancelling is simple. Here is how much notice we ask for.
Tours, transfers, car hire, restaurant tables and cruises
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
Hotels and holiday packages
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
In the busy season, 20 December to 5 January and July to August, free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
If you cancel later than that, the hotel may charge the first night. We tell you the amount when we confirm your booking, so there are no surprises.
Ferry tickets
Once a ticket is issued, the ferry company's own rules apply to changes and refunds. We tell you what they are before we buy your ticket.
Changing your dates
Free, as long as there is space on the new date.
Weather and safety
If we postpone a boat trip because the sea is not safe, you choose a new date or cancel at no cost.
If we have to cancel
We tell you straight away and offer an alternative of the same standard, or cancel at no cost to you.
