Frequently Asked Questions
Every package includes hotel accommodation, airport transfers (arrival and departure), and at least one guided tour or excursion. Additional tours, meal plans and car hire can be added when you enquire.
Absolutely. No package is fixed. We can change the hotel, adjust dates, add or remove tours and modify the meal plan. Just tell us what you want and we will make it work.
Payment is confirmed via WhatsApp. We accept cash (USD or TZS), bank transfer or mobile money. We will explain the payment steps when confirming your booking.
Flights are not included in our packages. We focus on ground arrangements — hotel, tours and transfers within Zanzibar. We can recommend flight booking resources if needed.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (June–October and December–January). That said, we can often arrange last-minute packages — just ask!
Yes! We specialise in group and wedding packages. Please WhatsApp us with your group size, dates and requirements and we will prepare a tailored group proposal.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel and tour components. We will explain the exact policy for your specific package when confirming your booking. Most packages offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
