- Travel dates, number of guests, and preferences (hotel, package, or transfer requested)
- Any special requests or messages you send us
- For hotel partners: hotel details, photos, and contact information submitted through our partner registration form
- If you submit a review: your name, country, rating, and review text
We do not require payment card details through this website — all payments are confirmed and arranged directly with you via WhatsApp.
Reviews are public. If your review is approved, your name, country, star rating, and review text are displayed publicly on the relevant hotel's page. Your phone number and email address are never shown publicly — we keep those for our own record-keeping only.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your booking (hotel, transfer, or package)
- To contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your enquiry or booking
- To improve our services and the accuracy of information on our site
- To detect and prevent spam or fraudulent form submissions (see Section 3)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help keep our forms secure and protect against automated abuse and spam. Turnstile may collect certain technical information (such as IP address and browser characteristics) needed to distinguish real visitors from bots. This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Notice. No CAPTCHA challenge is shown to visitors — verification happens automatically in the background.
- WhatsApp — Booking confirmations and communication happen via WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
- Maps & location services — Our hotel map uses OpenStreetMap / map tile providers to display hotel locations. No personal data is sent to these providers through normal browsing.
- Fonts & icons — We load some fonts and icons from Google Fonts and other content delivery networks (jsDelivr, unpkg) so the site displays correctly. Loading these may share technical information such as your IP address with those providers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies
We use minimal, functional cookies necessary for the site to work correctly (for example, keeping your search filters or session active). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure form submission and protections against automated abuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain booking and enquiry information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your enquiries, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. You may request that we delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

Our services are intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
